HOLDING UK GOVERNMENT TO ACCOUNT OVER CONCENTRIX MESS

It is welcome that the contract with #Concentrix will not be renewed but the failures of the UK Government are clear over this mess. These appalling failures should have been acted upon long before now and the UK Government must now start work on clawing back some of the reputed £75 million contract costs to directly compensate those affected.
