Unfortunately, in spite of our best efforts, Lloyds confirmed to us that their decision to close the Dundee Contact Centre is final. Very disappointed to hear today's announcement that Lloyds Banking Group will be closing their call centre in Dundee. My thoughts are with those affected and their families.
